Less than three hours from the bay area, the Dome Home is the perfect place to slowdown time and get away for the weekend. No expense was spared in refreshing the charming house, with just one great neighbor you will feel like you have the forest to yourself. Get ready for all 4 seasons with each one as beautiful as the others. Nothing beats that first breath of fresh air, the mountains are calling!

These are some of our favorite places to visit for a fun adventure
Make sure to check the weather and also be aware that some places like Pinecrest get really busy on the weekends
- Hike the Ditch (right at the end of the street you can connect in to the ditch trail that will take you all the way out to Lions Dam.
- Pinecrest lake. The closest lake to the cabin but also the most popular, easy access with a little convenience store and ice cream shop.
- Dodge Ridge, same exit as Pinecrest, closest ski resort that also has mountain bike trails in the summer.
- Cherry Lake, If your willing to drive a little over an hour then this is the prettiest lake around. Close to Yosemite great for hiking and padle-boarding
- Murphys, for a relaxing day of wine tasting head over to Murphys for lunch and some local wines. Very cute wine town with some small shops and bites.
